How To Order.

Step 1 - Find the products you want to buy
1. Read, understand and agree to the Terms and Conditions.

Step 2 - Contact us
1. Email us your order at earthedifferents@gmail.com with your details such as your Full Name, Payment Method (Bank in or COD), Mailing Address and Contact Numbers and Item Name.

Step 3 - Wait for your reply
1. You will receive a confirmation from us with our bank information and a total amount that includes shipping.

Step 4 - Bank in payment
1. We only accept payment to Public Bank account at the moment.
2. Please take note that payment usually takes 24 to 48 HOURS to clear.
3. Please email us the transaction date, amount to inform us your successful transaction.
4. The items will NOT be shipped out if you do not email us the payment details.
5. If possible, please try not to drag the payment. We will try our very best to contact you and hold the item back for you for as long as possible.

Step 5 - Wait for shipping
1. Delivery time frame is usually 3-7 working days after successful payment, depending on postage method and postage location.
